Shipping Policy — MDTCG

We currently ship only to Belgium (BE) and the Netherlands (NL). All parcels are sent with Bpost Track & Trace.


1) Where we ship

  • Belgium (BE): Bpost home delivery or Bpost pick‑up point/parcel locker (where available).

  • Netherlands (NL): Delivery via Bpost’s partner network with full tracking to your address.

We do not ship outside BE/NL at this time.


2) Processing & dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Mon–Fri, Belgian public holidays excluded).

  • You’ll receive your Bpost Track & Trace link by email once the label is created.


3) Estimated delivery after dispatch

  • Belgium: usually 1–2 business days.

  • Netherlands: usually 2–4 business days.

These timings are estimates; carrier delays (weather, strikes, peak season) may occur.


4) Shipping rates

  • Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight/size.

  • Guide (subject to change): BE from €{{BE_FROM}}, NL from €{{NL_FROM}}.

  • Optional: Free shipping from €{{FREE_THRESHOLD}} (BE/NL only; excludes oversized/insured shipments).


5) Packaging standards

  • Singles: sleeve + toploader (or card saver) in rigid mailer/box.

  • Sealed products: protective packing to limit transit wear (outer packaging may show minor shelf/transport marks).


6) Address accuracy & delivery issues

  • Please ensure your name, address, phone, and email are correct. We are not responsible for loss or delay due to incorrect addresses.

  • If a parcel returns as unclaimed/undeliverable, we can reship (additional postage) or refund the product price minus outbound shipping.


7) Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

  • No movement / suspected loss: Contact us after a reasonable period (BE: 5 business days after last scan; NL: 7–10). We will open a Bpost investigation.

  • Damage on arrival: Report within 48 hours with clear photos of the parcel, label, inner packaging, and item.

  • Resolution (replacement/refund) depends on carrier findings and stock availability. Standard shipments include limited liability; extra insurance may be requested before checkout.


8) Pre‑orders & mixed orders

  • Pre‑orders ship on/after the release date when stock arrives.

  • Orders containing pre‑orders are held until all items are ready. For partial shipping, place separate orders or request a split (extra postage applies).


9) Returns reminder

For return eligibility, see our Return & Refund Policy. Note: no returns on single cards, sealed booster boxes, and on any opened TCG products due to counterfeiting/resealing risks.
